I grew up being ashamed of my parents. My mother abused me physically and mentally, and my father was always working to support our large family of 6. As I grew, I rebelled more and more. We went to church with our mother but never stayed at one church longer than one year. Finally, as a teen, I turned my back on anything and everything my parents tried to enforce. I went through relationship after relationship, job after job, and lie after lie. Until this course, I never knew that all my rebellion was against the Bible, and I did not know the cause of my problems. I never fit in anywhere; I was always judgmental of others and never at peace. After learning about how Christianity has rejected Torah, I prayed to Yeshua and asked for forgiveness for all the wrongs I had done. After that, I slept better than I had in YEARS!
